Khoros Sign in FAQs
Logging into Khoros with TNC SSO ID
Single Sign On ID will be added to Khoros on June 21st, 2022
As of June 21, 2022, Khoros account holders will use their TNC email and password (SSO ID) to sign into Khoros, TNC's Enterprise Social Media Management tool. Prior to June 21, Khoros account holders needed a separate password for the system.
The change to using your TNC ID will be automatic. The only thing you need to do is remember to sign in using SSO going forward - and potentially delete your old saved password after the change.
On this page you can find a guide to the new sign in process, and a list of frequently asked quesitons (FAQs). Please let us know if you have a question that is not answered here! Reach out to jfalcao@tnc.org.

-
No. Every user will need a TNC ID and password to access our Khoros instance. Contractors are able to get limited access TNC ID accounts that allow us to set them up in Khoros - but do not give them access to Connect and other internal systems. We encourage you to reach out via the Marketing Requests Portal to ask about new contractor accounts in Khoros.
