KLASS 2022 - the Khoros Learning and Success Series - was held February 22nd – March 4th.
These TNC-offered trainings were led by a Khoros instructor, Macaully Shumate. If you were unable to attend - or have joined TNC or a social media role since these were held - watch the recordings to get a comprehensive training on all the main features of the platform. If you are a long-time user, you will likely still find value in learning about recent system updates and refreshing your knowledge in areas that you may use less often, such as analytics and intelligence.
KLASS took place over two weeks, with many sessions held twice in an attempt to reach the most folks possible. We have posted one of each session on this page.
The klasses were held on zoom. The recordings are available to TNC staff via Box.
